- 8:1 camper to staff ratio
- Staff comprised of applicants from museum partners, top universities and like-minded educational organizations
- Camp Directors are college graduates passionate about youth development, experiential learning and having fun
- Instructors are credentialed teachers or college graduates with a contagious enthusiasm for learning
- Instructors receive live, on-site curriculum training directly from museum partners
- Counselors receive safety, group management, conflict resolution and hands-on activity training directly from Edventure More
- Hours of pre-camp training: Camp Directors 100+ hrs, Instructors 50+ hours, Counselors 20+ hours
- First Aid and CPR certified staff on site at all times
