This is Ashley’s fourth year with Edventure More and her third as Oakland’s site director. Ashley has her B.A. from UC Berkeley and is finishing her last semester of her M.F.A. program at San Francisco State. Ashley has been in the education field for over ten years and as of this year, Ashley has taught classes for every grade from pre-kindergarten to university. When Ashley isn’t rockin’ the EDMO and EdTech vibe she is designing costumes for theaters and films all over the Bay Area.

This is Melissa’s second year with Edventure More, and she is very excited to direct the Moraga Camp. Melissa has been teaching everything from science to swimming for over a decade, and has enjoyed empowering her students with the knowledge and skills to help them become confident in their intellect and creativity. Melissa graduated with a BS from CSU Monterey Bay in Environmental Science and Policy with a minor in Tele-dramatic Arts. She is excited to create a magical camp experience for her Moraga campers! Melissa also loves sea creatures, dune surfing, oil paints, and cartoons.
